If you pay by bank transfer, we receive the payment details your bank sends with the transfer. If you pay in USDC, the sending wallet address and the transaction are recorded against your order. Transactions on the Ethereum network are public and permanent, and are visible to anyone who looks up the wallet address.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Order and certificate records are retained for as long as needed to meet regulatory and traceability obligations. Account data is deleted on request where retention is not required.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
