Shipping Policy

Orders paid before 2pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders paid after that, or at a weekend, dispatch the next business day. USDC payments usually confirm within minutes; ACH bank transfers usually take one to three business days to arrive, and the order ships once the transfer has cleared.

Single vials ship in a padded mailer and larger orders in a small box. Sealed lyophilised vials are stable at room temperature in transit, so no cold packs are needed. Store them as described on the product page once they arrive.

Flat-rate priority shipping is $15, free on orders over $250. We ship within the United States only for now. Testing and fulfilment are domestic, so every parcel leaves from one US facility.

Tracking is issued on dispatch. If tracking has not updated within two business days of dispatch, contact us and we will open a trace.

Report any damage or discrepancy within 72 hours of delivery, with photographs of the packaging. We will replace or refund verified issues.
