Cannot find your tracking number?
It is in the email we send the moment the warehouse hands your parcel over, at the top, above the order summary. Check the spam folder before anything else. If it is not there, send us the order number and we will look it up.
Nothing shipped yet?
Orders paid before 2pm ET on a business day go out the same day. Shipping is $15.00 flat and free over $250. A tracking number only exists once the parcel is with the carrier, so there is nothing to enter until that email arrives. The full timetable is on the shipping page.
