By accessing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Research-Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory, clinic, or educational institution.

All compounds are supplied strictly as reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic application, or any in-vivo use.

You are solely responsible for compliance with all institutional, local, state and federal regulations governing your handling of research chemicals.

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where research use cannot be reasonably established.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.

We accept ACH bank transfer from a US bank account, and USDC on the Ethereum network (ERC-20). Card payment is offered at checkout when it is available. Payments are received by Performance Supply Group LLC, the company behind Serviam Bio Labs.

Card payments appear on your card or bank statement as SERVIAM BIO LABS.

Orders paid by bank transfer or USDC are held until the payment arrives, and are dispatched once it has cleared. We may cancel an order that remains unpaid after seven days.

USDC must be sent on the Ethereum network, to the address shown for your order, in the exact amount shown; the last digits of the amount identify your order. Network fees are paid by the sender. Tokens sent on another network, or tokens other than USDC, may be unrecoverable, and we cannot refund what we did not receive.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We are not liable for any use of a compound outside the research-use terms above.

To make a complaint, or to report a concern about a product, an order or anything published on this site, email info@serviambiolabs.com with "Complaint" in the subject line.

We acknowledge every complaint within one business day and resolve it within seven business days, telling you what we found and what we have done about it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our facility is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
