GLOW
monograph.

GLOW combines three complementary peptides, BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu. Each has its own published preclinical literature covering collagen production, tissue regeneration and skin repair. No study covers the three together, so the research below belongs to the individual components.

How it works

Mechanisms described in the published preclinical literature.

BPC-157

VEGF pathway

Reported to promote blood vessel formation, enhance tissue granulation and modulate nitric oxide signalling, supplying vascular support to damaged tissue.

  • Associated with blood vessel formation
  • Enhanced tissue granulation
  • Nitric oxide signalling modulation
TB-500

Actin regulation

Reported to increase cell migration and support cytoskeletal remodelling through the thymosin beta-4 pathway, with reduced fibrotic scarring described.

  • Increased cell migration
  • Cytoskeletal remodelling
  • Reduced fibrotic scarring reported
GHK-Cu

Collagen and matrix remodelling

Reported to stimulate type I and III collagen synthesis and to deliver copper to repair sites, with broad gene-expression effects described.

  • Type I and III collagen synthesis
  • Over 4,000 genes reported as modulated
  • Copper delivery to repair sites

What the research shows

Findings from the published literature, as the studies reported them. Where a finding comes from a human trial, it says so. None is a claim about the material supplied here.

Regeneration

Skin repair

GHK-Cu associated with collagen synthesis, while BPC-157 and TB-500 are described in epithelial repair and reduced scarring.

Pickart & Margolina 2018

Repair

Tissue healing

TB-500 in actin remodelling, BPC-157 in tendon fibroblast viability, GHK-Cu in vascularisation.

Chi et al. 2017

Protective

Anti-inflammatory

All three components show anti-inflammatory properties through different mechanisms in animal models.

Hsieh et al. 2016

Structural

Matrix remodelling

Coordinated extracellular matrix deposition described for functional, less fibrotic tissue regeneration.

Brcic et al. 2011

Frequently asked questions

What is GLOW and what does it contain?

A single vial containing three peptides: GHK-Cu at 50mg, BPC-157 at 10mg and TB-500 at 10mg, for a 70mg total fill. The certificate reports measured content for each one separately.

How do the three work together?

They are not studied together. Each has its own separate preclinical literature, and the components were selected because their individually studied pathways sit in adjacent areas: copper-dependent matrix remodelling, connective tissue repair and cytoskeletal cell migration. Any combined effect is unstudied.

Is GLOW approved by the FDA?

No. It is not an approved drug and has not been evaluated by the FDA for any use. It is supplied strictly as a reference material for in-vitro laboratory research.

How should it be stored?

Store the sealed vial at −20°C. Once reconstituted, hold at 2–8°C and protect from light; we do not publish an in-use shelf life for reconstituted material because we have not measured one on this material. Protect from direct light at all times.

What purity testing is performed?

Third-party RP-HPLC for purity and LC-MS for identity, reported per component rather than as a blended figure, plus endotoxin testing.

What is the research evidence for the blend?

There is none for the blend itself. The literature cited on this page covers the three components individually, in separate studies. Anyone treating those findings as evidence for the combination is over-reading them.

Each entry opens a PubMed search for that title rather than a fixed identifier, so the link resolves to the current record.
