01About this compound

What GLOW is

GLOW is a three-component research blend: GHK-Cu (50mg), BPC-157 (10mg) and TB-500 (10mg), documented per component on its certificate of analysis. Each component is studied separately in the literature; no published study covers the blend as a whole.

Dermal

GHK-Cu · skin and wound repair

Studied for skin remodelling and wound closure. Interest centres on its ability to hold a copper ion, which several of the enzymes that rebuild skin require.

  • Pickart & Thaler 1973
  • Parker et al. 2013
Connective

BPC-157 · tissue repair

Studied for how connective tissue, tendon in particular, recovers after injury, and whether a peptide occurring naturally in the digestive tract can influence repair elsewhere.

  • Krivic / Sikiric et al., J Appl Physiol 2011
Cytoskeleton

TB-500 · cell movement

Studied for its role in how cells move and reorganise their internal scaffolding, the process underlying wound closure and tissue remodelling.

  • Sanders, Goldstein & Wang, PNAS 1992
03Uses & applications

What GLOW is researched for

GHK-Cu — where it comes from

Pickart & Thaler 1973

Isolated from human plasma as a naturally occurring factor affecting how cells grow.

BPC-157 — tissue growth

Krivic / Sikiric et al., J Appl Physiol 2011

Tendon tissue grew outward faster in the source work.

TB-500 — scaffolding control

Sanders, Goldstein & Wang, PNAS 1992

The parent protein was established as a major regulator of the cell's actin supply.

This material is supplied as a reference standard for in-vitro laboratory research only. It has not been evaluated by the FDA, is not a drug, and is not intended for human or veterinary use. Handling should follow your institution's chemical hygiene plan, including appropriate PPE and documented disposal.

Each component is documented separately at 99%+ by RP-HPLC with identity confirmed by LC-MS. Released lots have measured between 99.544% and 99.905%. The certificate reports the measured content of all three peptides individually rather than a single blended figure.

Yes. Every lot ships with its own signed certificate, and all four are published in the COA library, including for lots no longer in stock.

A single 70mg vial — GHK-Cu 50mg plus BPC-157 10mg plus TB-500 10mg.

There is no single sequence for a blend. It contains GHK-Cu (Gly-His-Lys with copper(II), three residues), BPC-157 (GEPPPGKPADDAGLV, fifteen residues) and TB-500 (Ac-LKKTETQ, seven residues), which is why the formula, weight and CAS fields read per component and the certificate carries the per-component figures instead.

GHK-Cu at 50mg, BPC-157 at 10mg and a thymosin beta-4 component at 10mg, for a 70mg total fill. The certificates name that third component as Thymosin Beta-4, the full protein, rather than TB-500, its seven-residue fragment, so that is how it is listed here. Measured content per lot is in the certificate table above and typically runs slightly over label.

No. Each of the three components has its own published preclinical literature, but no study covers this combination as a whole. The research directions listed above belong to the individual peptides.

Blue. Every certificate records a blue lyophilised powder, which is what a blend carrying 50mg of copper-bound GHK would look like. Anywhere describing it as white is describing something else.

Store the sealed vial at −20°C for long-term stability and 2–8°C for short-term handling. Protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Compound-specific stability data is printed on the certificate of analysis supplied with the lot.
